Day 22- Waffles? YESSssssss


10:00 A.M. Breakfast- Fruity Waffle Sundae
2:00 P.M. Lunch -  Layered Bean Dip w/Cilantro Jalapeno Guacamole (pg 134)
6:00 P.M. Snack - Ginger Yogurt with Carambola Crunch (pg 115)
9:45 P.M Dinner - Spicy Avocado Tostadas (pg 119)

11 P.M. Chocolate Escape- Balsamic Truffles

Neither TheFiance nor I had the words to describe how delicious breakfast was.   I would have it every morning.  Fruit combinations for this one can be endless.  I mentioned in yesterdays post that we had picked up a cherimoya  fruit.  My apologies for not taking a photo of it but the thought came to me after TheFiance had already cut into it.   Since we only bought one small cherimoya, we made up the difference by throwing in some dark cherries.. topped with precious pecans.

Definitely need more cherimoya in our days!!

One thing I'm not quite as fond of unfortuneatly seems to be ginger. Its fine in savory asian dishes but when it comes to fruit and yogurt, it's not very appealing to me.   May just have to find a new spice to replace it with... aside from the standard cinnamon or nutmeg that is :0)

Short post for day 22 as we are already at the end of day 23 and time has gotten away from me.

Besides, I'm sure if I continued writing it would only be about that incredibly delicious waffle.  :0)
